Pastor Joemer Talabon serves as the senior pastor of Bethlehem Christian Church in Talisay, which is situated in Purok Sampaguita, Barangay Zone 10, Talisay City, Negros Occidental.

Under his leadership, the church currently has a growing congregation of 25 to 30 members who regularly gather for worship and fellowship.

Pastor Joemer is actively involved in various ministries across Negros Occidental. One of his key outreach programs is a police ministry. Every Tuesday morning from 8:00 AM to 8:30 AM, he leads a 30-minute devotion with local police officers, offering spiritual support and encouragement to those serving in law enforcement.

In addition to his police ministry, Pastor Joemer is passionate about youth discipleship. Every Saturday, he conducts a cell group meeting with young people from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM. This time is dedicated to Bible study, prayer, and building a strong faith community among the youth.

Pastor Joemer is also committed to reaching students through his school ministry. From Monday to Thursday, he spends an hour each day, from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM, sharing God’s Word with students in local schools. His goal is to help them grow spiritually and apply biblical principles to their lives.
