Last Sunday, May 11, the atmosphere at Bethlehem La Paz was filled with excitement and joyful anticipation as young people and ministry members gathered for a special afternoon event—a free dance and music workshop. The event, which started at 4 PM, was an initiative of the church's Music Team and Dance Team, aiming to equip and inspire participants to use their talents for God’s glory.

The workshop welcomed everyone with open arms, whether they were complete beginners or already had some experience in singing, playing instruments, or dancing. It was a beautiful opportunity to connect through creativity and worship. The church sanctuary echoed with the sounds of instruments, rhythm, and laughter, as attendees explored new skills and sharpened their gifts.

The Music Team led sessions on basic vocal training, rhythm exercises, and introduced different musical instruments. Participants got hands-on practice and guidance, learning not just technique but the heart behind every note—worship. Meanwhile, the Dance Team guided groups in choreography and expression through movement, teaching routines that were both fun and meaningful. They emphasized that dancing for God is more than performance—it’s an offering.
What made the event even more special was the spirit of unity and encouragement that filled the room. Older members mentored younger ones, and everyone celebrated each other’s progress. It wasn’t about perfection, but about passion and purpose. By the end of the workshop, the participants weren’t just more skilled—they were more inspired to serve God through music and dance.

As the sun began to set, the workshop ended with a short fellowship and prayer, sealing the day with gratitude. Events like these remind us that when the church comes together to nurture talents, especially in the youth, we are building up not only future worship leaders but disciples who express their faith through the arts. Truly, it was a blessed Sunday afternoon to remember at Bethlehem La Paz.
